Bespoke Service Notice: As POWRBRIDGE LTD delivers custom software engineering and bespoke digital solutions, work is executed on a strictly Milestone-Based Model. This ensures transparency and aligns with UK consumer law for professional B2B services.

1. Milestone-Based Approvals

Projects are divided into specific technical phases (e.g., Discovery, UI/UX, Backend Development, Testing). By approving a milestone, you confirm that the delivered work meets the agreed requirements.

"Once a milestone is signed off and delivered, the associated funds are non-refundable as they represent labor and resources already consumed."

2. Cancellation

You may pause or cancel your project with a 14-day notice. We will invoice for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refunds

Refunds for unstarted work are processed via Wise or Stripe within 10 business days, subject to a 5% administrative fee.
